Friday faves - back to school

Thanks everyone for your comments on my painting question! Keep those comments coming...

How excited is everyone for the long weekend?  Ahhhhh back to school...As much as I love love love summer, I am a huge nerd and always loved back to school. New backpack, new clothes, new shoes (indoor AND outdoor), new hair cut, new pencil crayons. I always loved the "new" ness of the new school year. Even though I am no longer in school I still relate to that good old back to school feeling...happy September, all :)

    I didn't know Canadians said 'uni'! You'll have to forgive my ignorance -- I was raised closer to Mexico than Canada.

    I always get the urge to buy school supplies in the fall....:D

    I totally remember wrapping my books in paper bags!! Then I would decorate all over them. haha great memories.
