Friday faves - wrap it up

One of my favourite things about Christmas is wrapping presents. If only I could get my act together to get all my shopping done early so I have enough time to REALLY enjoy wrapping...needless to say, I haven't started yet (wrapping that is). I do have a penchant for recycled brown paper as a base, and then layering on other wrapping "accessories", like DIY bows that you can read about in a previous post here.

Here are some great inspiration photos to help those ideas percolate....

Those are all fab ideas. I used craft paper last year and I loved the look, I may do it again this year.

These are all so beautiful and inspiring!! I've wrapped everything with red so that I can do something fun with ribbon or whatever closer to Christmas when I figure that part out... oh wait, Christmas IS CLOSE!! :0

I have been wrapping with brown kraft paper for years! I love it and still do it now! The only pretty paper I use is from "santa". Love these ideas! I just finished my shopping... so hopefully I can enjoy the wrapping process!

Oh! I love the idea of using brown paper. We have a ton of it lying around the house because of all our painting projects. Way to repurpose!

What a great collection of ideas... And wrapping just happens to be next on my list! :-) I'm liking the brown paper as a base too, so might be going with that this year. My favorites here, I think, are the newspaper rosette and the orange snowflake!

So glad you stopped by my blog - Thank you :-)
