Yep, that's what my sink looked like yesterday as I was baking up a storm (there was a lot of overflow onto the counter too....luckily the dishwasher ended up handling most of the dishes, and the Mr. did the rest!). Oh - and as an update on the kitchen / counter - we had measurements taken last week so hopefully I will have something to share in the next couple of weeks!
It was all for a good cause though - chocolate chip cookies and banana chocolate chip muffins. Who doesn't need a little more chocolate in their life?

I cannot survive in my kitchen without at least two full sinks. Had to do it in our last rental, and now that I am spoiled I love it. Makes life (and dishes) sooo much easier.
These cookies look delicious! Chocolate chip are my son's favourite (but who doesn't like chocolate?) and I am always up for a good muffin :)
Oh yum! And I haven't had my dinner yet...
Choc Chip Cookies are my absolute favorite sweet. With a full glass of milk.
Mmm can I have a muffin?!
One and a half sinks is useless in my opinion. YOu need either two full or one huge. Our little half sink is just a waste of space - just holds the dish brush.
I vote for two. We have a small one as well, and boy is it hard sometimes. Those cookies look amazing. I might just have to bake some soon.
Haha two full sinks are definitely the best!! I have 1.5 at the moment which is fine except that for some reason I always end up washing the big stuff in the small sink... Why is that??? At least it looks like the sink madness was worth it. Those look YUM!
You are making my mouth water!! Yum. And you definitely need a bigger sink--how else are you going to cook these amazing desserts for the hubby?!? I think food blackmail will work to your advantage ;)
Looks soooo yummy!!! Thanks for stopping by :)

I love my 1.5 sink. Better than the 2 full sinks I've always had before, even! See, when you have two full sinks, it's so easy to just fill up both with dirty dishes, leaving you no where to strain your pasta or rinse a few veggies very easily. Our half sink, on the other hand, rarely ends up with actual dishes in it, so it's perfect for all the other things you use a sink for.
Also, cookies... *drool*
I think it's like any other storage receptacle. The more you have, the more you store. I have 2 giant sinks and yet somehow they still get filled up:) BTW, I have the EXACT same knife!
